Port Eliot Festival 2009PORT ELIOT FESTIVAL 2009

Our creative communications and copywriting team, Stranger Collective, are editing the Port Eliot Festival website and programme – and boy, are we excited about this year's line-up?!

Port Eliot is one of the most eclectic and original festivals out there, set in magical scenery beside the Lynher estuary in Cornwall. Noah and the Whale, British Sea Power, Evan Dando, Gaz Mayall, Queens of Noize, Soul Jazz and Heavenly Records DJs feature in this year's expanded musical line-up; plus the new Caught By The River area; literary heavyweights like Jung Chang, Monica Ali, Sarah Waters, Alain de Botton and Hanif Kureishi; intriguing characters like Dominic West (who plays Detective Jimmy McNulty in The Wire), Jamie Brisick, Tom Hodgkinson and Mick Brown; Edinburgh Festival previews from the Hog Wild Comedy Club and hilarious wordplay from Found in Translation; plus unique experiences you only get at Port Eliot like wild swimming, moonwatching, treewalks, psychedelic picnics in the House of Fairy Tales – or having a Saturday night outfit tailor-made for you by British fashion icons Barbara Hulanicki and Luella Bartley.

Go to the festival website to find out more, buy your tickets – and we look forward to seeing y'all there!
