Ever felt like your house is filled with clutter? In need of  big clear out? Fancy doing your bit for people in need around the world? Well the ShelterBox Big Box and Buy Sale is for you.

Taking place during Big Green Box Week (11-18 June 2011), ShelterBox is teaming up with a host of celebrities to encourage people across the country to rifle through their cupboards and find a box full of bits to sell at locally organised Box and Buy Sales.

All the money raised from the sales will go towards buying boxes of lifesaving equipment for people that desperately need it worldwide.

On top of our own everyday unwanted items, celebrities including Konnie Huq, Kevin Spacey, Paloma Faith, Charlie Brooker and Girls Aloud will be raiding their own lofts to find things to sell, all of which will be put up for auction on eBay during Big Green Box Week to raise additional money for the Big Green Box pot.

And with the average Brit hoarding around £877 worth of unwanted items there's the potential to raise a lot of cash. So what are you waiting for? Get under that bed and get collecting...
