The half day course is designed to educate people in the art of wild food foraging while exploring the surroundings of Potager's organic gardens, picking a selection of leaves, plants and roots and finding out what can be used and how. With advice on how to make wild pesto, herb butter, infused vinegar and nettle beer from your pickings as well as a selection of tasters to take away, the course should have you foraging for your supper (or at least the condiments to accompany your supper!) in no time. The Wild Food Forage takes place on 5 June from 3-7pm at Potager Organic Garden, Constantine, near Falmouth. Course costs £25 including foraging workshop, take-away tasters, snacks and refreshments. To find out about availability or to book a place email Potager Garden directly.
