We’ve all been there: unable to sleep, constantly preoccupied, chewing our nails down to the wick. Shouldering problems on your own can be really tough, but sometimes talking about it can seem daunting too. However, there is now a service specifically designed to lend a listening ear no matter what your problem.

Get Connected is a free helpline for young people who know they want help but don’t know where to start. Designed to offer support and information on the thousands of services that are available, Get Connected listen to your problems and help you choose the best help, from everything that is available, and will then put you in touch with them for free.

Young people can contact Get Connected via phone, email or webchat about any issue.

Launching an awareness programme this summer, Think is a campaign to raise the profile of this charity to let young people know that help is just a phone call away.
