NEW YEAR NEW TELLTALES PDF Print
News

As 2012 gets into full swing, so Telltales is gearing up to return. The popular Cornish reading night will be taking over The Rum Bar, Falmouth (TR11 3PN) on Tuesday 31 January for its first night of talk and tales this year.

Which means, they’re currently on the lookout for writers keen to read out at the event.

The theme for this month is Revolution. From change and turnarounds to power struggles and spinning emotions, you can interpret the word however you like.

Whether it's poetry, prose, short stories, novel extracts, scripts or travel journals, anything goes - the only rules are that it needs to be an original piece of work written by the reader.

You can submit your work, loosely based on the theme, using the form on the website by the 22 January and the Telltales team will have a read then let you know on the 23 January if you’ve been programmed.

Check www.wordslikepictures.com/telltales over the next few weeks for more details. We look forward to reading your stuff!
