One of the best Internet radio stations around is running desperately short of funding this year. Resonance FM needs to raise a minimum of £60,000 just to stay on air for the next 12 months. They’ve got about £11,000 at the moment…

The station, which has been broadcasting since 2002, is organising a number of fundraising events that are worth popping along to if you’re in London. You can also donate online, should you wish.

Think of it as a bit like a Blue Peter appeal – but without all the money laundering. And instead of getting a crappy badge as a prize you get to hear stuff like the great Johnny Trunk on his OST show, and Rock & Roll Fishing (featuring live coverage of rock bands fishing).
