WHO WILL YOU VOTE FOR? PDF Print
News

So the day is finally upon us. After being bombarded by policies, pulled and pushed between political parties promising ever superlative degrees of change and coaxed into spending the last three Thursdays watching three men battle over the right to pop the keys to No. 10 in their pocket, Election Day 2010 is actually here.

Many people have taken a trip to their local polling station already, but for those of you still sat at work or at home, possibly undecided about who deserves your pencil mark, help is at hand. Vote for Policies is a great website that cuts through the crap and lets you compare the policies of the main parties with your own views and opinions to see whose promises best match up to what you're after from a government. It's well worth 15 minutes and might help you make the decision that swings the election one way or another; every vote counts after all.

And if you fancy a little light entertainment after paying the ballot box a visit, the marvellous Charlie Brooker, David Mitchell and Jimmy Carr will be taking a satirical, sassy and most likely downright rude look at all the election's shinnanigans on Channel 4's Alternative Election Night from 9pm. It's better than David Dimbleby at any rate.

We'll be following things keenly and will be sure to let you know our thoughts later this week...
