Stranger is evolving.

Hello. Exciting stuff has been happening here at Stranger Collective which means we need to make a glut of changes to our website.

Things are starting to take shape, but until we're ready to share what it's all about please feel free to look around the existing website. You'll be able to find out more about where the Collective has come from, what we've been up to over the last eight years and where we're headed.

See you on the other side...

G.LOVE AND SPECIAL SAUCE - SUPERHERO BROTHERIf you haven't picked up a copy of Superhero Brother with G. Love vocals and Special Sauce as the accompanying crew, snap it up and enjoy some foot-tapping, head-nodding, booty-shaking tunes.

Superhero Brother, released by Brushfire Records on 11 August 2008 , features 'Peace, Love and Happiness' and UK bonus track 'Seashells'.  G. Love's staccato-style singing complements his bluesy harmonica interludes and Mike Boyce's simplistic, bouncy piano is a joy.

This feel-good album never really slows down and song lyrics encompass keeping happy in the city to Grandmother's blueberry pie. The album contains jams worthy of a good dance-floor swank, reminiscent of the Oh Brother Where Art Thou? soundtrack.

G.Love says that he's like to thank, "fans that have ever listened to a note, screamed at a show, danced in their room, roadtripped to my sounds, lived, loved, shared, laughed and jammed along to our music."  Well, G. Love certainly had the Stranger team up on their feet at The Happening this summer. (Joanna Stevens)
