We have written the copy for the last 10 issues of Cornwall Taste of the West's Foodfinder Bites trade newsletter, which targets the food, drink and catering industry in the Southwest.

This involves attending editorial meetings to brainstorm ideas, writing the editorial list, researching and writing features, conducting interviews for profile features (local producers, chefs, retail and other buyers), reviewing restaurants, writing the news and products pages, and editing/ proofing the layouts before they are sent to press. We work closely with Gendall, the design agency who produce it, liaising with them over photo shoots and so on.
